We (Jean-Gabriel Young and Laurent Hébert-Dufresne) have been awarded a new NSF grant (Award ID: 2419733) to study cooperation dynamics in organizations, in collaboration with Tim Waring at the University of Maine. The project focuses on understanding how cooperation influences organizational evolution and survival, particularly in a network of consumer cooperatives.

This work is expected to provide practical tools for managing cooperation in various types of organizations, with broader implications for addressing cooperation challenges in societal contexts. The project builds on an ongoing collaboration with Tim, who previously worked with the lab as part of the Baraccuda Project.
